During the impact of COVID-19, there is an increase in digital shopping experiences. However, even if the shopping experience has gone digital, customers are still hesitant to deal with car salespeople. As car shopping is a tedious process, customers dread the lengthy and confusing process. On top of that, customers still don't have enough trust in dealerships.

We believe the key elements of solving this business problem and the human problem during the pandemic are transparency, trust, efficiency, and a little bit of innovation. Our goal is to create ideations that will prove effective during pandemic and post-pandemic.
